WHAT IS "PERMANENT JEWELRY" DOES IT HURT?
Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit chain for your wrist, neck, or ankle. Instead of a clasp, we use a jump ring to connect and weld the two ends of the chain, turning it into a "permanent" piece of jewelry. It's an easy and painless process. Please note that permanent does not equal invincible. While it is suitable for everyday wear, fine jewelry must be cared for.
WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer high-quality sterling silver and gold-filled metals. We carefully select vendors based on our own experience with their jewelry.
WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?
Permanent does not equal invincible. While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, fine jewelry must be cared for. We recommend washing it with mild dish soap and using a polishing cloth as needed. Anyone who owns fine jewelry should follow these maintenance practices.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REMOVE THE JEWELRY FOR ANY REASON?
Always consult your doctor or healthcare professional before making any decisions regarding your permanent jewelry. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry, cut the jump ring with scissors and store all the components together. We will explain this process to you during your visit. When you're ready to re-weld your piece back on, simply send us a message, and we will gladly perform the service for a $10 fee. Please note that chains cut anywhere besides the jump ring cannot be re-attached. If a chain is stretched or broken beyond repair, a new chain will need to be purchased.
